STEP 2
SEND IN PRELOVED CLOTHING
Load up your package with women’s clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories (all brands welcome). Then, be sure to check your shipping label for drop-off location: UPS or FedEx/USPS.
STEP 3
EARN DISCOUNTS AND CREDIT
For each pair of jeans you send, you’ll get $20 off new ones from Madewell.* Plus, you’ll earn shopping credit in exchange for any other clothing that sells within the listing window**.
OR BRING YOUR OLD JEANS TO A STORE
Bring preloved jeans of any brand to your local Madewell and we'll resell them or recycle them through a partner like Cotton's Blue Jeans Go Green™ program. Plus, for every old pair you trade in, you'll get $20 off new ones.

In-demand designer items that are in good but not excellent condition might be accepted, but they MUST be clean and freshly laundered
What we can’t resell
Quality is the #1 reason items are not accepted for resale.

No pilling, fading, shrinkage, stains, odors

Damaged or altered items
No rips, holes, missing parts, broken zippers, altered hems, missing labels

No men’s, PJs, intimates, jewelry, formal gowns, non-apparel items, counterfeit items

Items that don’t have a size
Accessories are an exception, as are some highly sought-after brands like Lululemon
